Dr Rafetto obtained a BS degree from penn State University. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and also its affiliate the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rafetto is Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Rafetto is the founder of Twin Rivers Podiatry.
